This resort consists of just 12 apartments within a secure complex, there is a small pool onsite.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a seperate utility room containg a washing machine, ceiling fans, microwave, hair dryer, iron, alarm and pleasant furnishings.
Access to the luxury beach front 'El Oceano Beach Hotel' which is 200 metres along the road can be obtained for a small daily fee but access is solely at the discretion of the Hotel Management, children under 14 are not allowed.
Facilities include an exquisite restaurant, bar and lounge offering evening entertainment and special events, outdoor pool and pool bar, luxury heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, swim-spa and steam room and a treatment centre offering beauty therapists, nail technicians and hairdressers.

Driving directions: From the airport, follow signs for Malaga/Cadiz. After the first roundabout, keep to the right and follow signs for Torremolinos/Cadiz. Continue along the A7 and exit at the BMW garage, following signs for Benalmadina/Algeciras. Then follow signs for ‘Fuengirola/Algeciras. Continue along the A7 past Fuengirola. 12 kilometres beyond Fuengirola is the El Oceano Hotel. Continue for approximately one kilometre and take the turnoff signposted ‘Riviera’. Take the third exit off the roundabout, heading back onto the A7 towards Fuengirola/Malaga. Drive for approximately one kilometre and look for the sign for ‘Miraflores Beach’. Take this exit and follow the little road, passed the El Oceano Hotel on your right hand side, Las Gaviotas development is aproximately 200 metres passed the hotel on your left hand side.
